Congratulations to Sir Chris Hoy on his LMP3 class win in the Ginetta-Nissan at the Silverstone 4 Hours!

Olympic cycling legend Sir Chris Hoy believes LMP3 is the ideal stepping stone towards the Le Mans 24 Hours after taking his first motorsport race win in the class' inaugural event.

Sir Chris, who raced in the British GT Championship last year, and team-mate Charlie Robertson won the LMP3 class in the European Le Mans Series season-opener at Silverstone.

The multiple Olympic Champion has been spending time practicing for his Le Mans Series debut on TIGA's simulator at Antrobus in Cheshire.
